A Double Completion…

Castle Corporate Finance - Our window on the world.

Castle Corporate Finance are pleased to announce the recent completion of a £9.9 million investment in Kent-based CR7 Services Limited by ISIS Equity Partners, and the subsequent acquisition of One Two Three Send Limited by CR7.  The deals were led by Stuart Stepney, who acted for CR7.

Simon Wilding, CEO of CR7, commented: “To bring 123Send into the CR7 Services family is tremendously exciting as a first step in our UK strategy, as is our relationship with Castle Corporate Finance and ISIS Equity Partners, both of whom have been an absolute pleasure to work with on these transactions.”

Stuart Stepney added: “The quality of the teams involved shone through in what was a challenging process that involved running two deal processes in tandem to simultaneously ensure that growth funding for CR7 was secured as well as the acquisition of 123Send. We wish both CR7 and ISIS Equity Partners all the very best in the future.”
