Castle Corporate Finance Advise on the Acquisition of The Response Team by The Specialist Works Group

Castle is delighted to announce that it has recently advised on the acquisition of Bath-based media and sales agency The Response Team and its divisions: i-transact, TRT Direct, TRT Media Sales and TRT Connect for its client, The Insert House Limited, part of The Specialist Works Group.

The acquisition creates a unique agency, catering for the needs of multi-channel retail and eCommerce brands. The combined agency can now offer its mid-sized clients scalable and accountable offline media to drive online response.

Stuart Stepney, Head of M&A at Castle, said “This was a friendly deal that needed finesse to refine and a robust approach on timetable to complete on schedule.  We are really pleased to have contributed to the success of this transaction and wish all involved every success for the future”.
